Workmanship Warranty

Warranty Coverage

Stellar Roofing LLC ("Contractor") provides a workmanship warranty to the original owner(s) of the property at the Project Address. This warranty ensures that the roofing work, completed under the Service Agreement dated [Date of Service Agreement], will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 5 years from the Date of Completion.

Manufacturer's Warranty

In addition to the workmanship warranty, the roofing materials installed may have a separate manufacturer's warranty. Details about these warranties will be provided separately to the Client.

What This Warranty Covers

This workmanship warranty covers defects resulting from improper installation by Stellar Roofing LLC's employees or subcontractors, under normal use. This includes:

· Leaks from improper installation of flashing.

· Improperly secured roofing materials.

· Installation errors leading to water intrusion.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

· Damage from natural disasters (e.g., wind, hail, lightning, earthquakes, floods, or fire).

· Damage from settlement or movement of the building structure.

· Damage from improper maintenance, alterations, or repairs not performed by Stellar Roofing LLC.

· Damage to non-roofing components.

· Minor cosmetic issues not affecting roof functionality.

· Ice damming or related damage.

· Damage from foot traffic on the roof post-completion, unless required for agreed maintenance.

· Issues from pre-existing conditions of the roof or underlying structure not apparent during initial inspection.

Client Responsibilities

To maintain this warranty, the Client must:

· Provide reasonable access to the roof for inspection and necessary repairs.

· Notify Stellar Roofing LLC in writing of any suspected defects within 7 days of discovery.

Remedy

If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, Stellar Roofing LLC will either repair or replace the defective workmanship at no cost to the Client.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stellar Roofing LLC is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages related to this warranty or the services provided.

Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner(s) at the Project Address.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
